For physiotherapy clinics · Remote, worldwide
A physiotherapy clinic website that books, reminds and follows up.
Patients book the therapist and time they want, get reminders by text, fill in intake on their phone before they arrive, and hear from you after the visit. One connected system, built for your clinic and owned by you, not a template with a booking widget bolted on.
A clinic's day
What the system does at each step.
- 7:50 am, before the doors open
- Last night's bookings are already in the calendar. Each patient chose a therapist, a service and a slot you actually had open. Nobody phoned, nobody double-booked.
- The first visit
- New patients filled in the intake and consent forms on their phone the evening before: history, what hurts, insurance details. It is in the chart before they sit down.
- The 11 am slot
- A reminder went out yesterday afternoon and again this morning, with one tap to confirm or move. When someone does cancel, the slot goes back online and the waitlist gets a message.
- Between patients
- Front desk sees who is next, who is running late and who has a balance, on one screen instead of three apps and a paper diary.
- After the visit
- The home exercise plan goes out the same day. A rebooking prompt follows at the point in the treatment plan where it should, and a review request after a good visit.
- Month end
- New patients by source, rebooking rate, no-shows, which therapists are full and which have gaps: the numbers you need, without exporting anything.
What's included
Everything the front desk wishes it had.
A fast website patients trust
Services, therapists, conditions treated, directions and hours, built to load fast on a phone and to show up for the searches people in your area make when something hurts.
Online booking by therapist, service and time
Patients see real availability and book without calling. Rules for first visits, follow-ups, treatment lengths and buffers between patients.
Reminders and confirmations
Text and email reminders at the times you choose, with one-tap confirm or reschedule. Cancelled slots go back online and the waitlist is told.
Intake and consent before the first visit
Forms on the phone, signed, stored with the booking. No clipboard in the waiting room.
Follow-ups that keep the plan on track
Exercise plans, rebooking prompts and review requests, sent from your CRM on a schedule you approve.
Front desk and the phone
One screen for the day. Optional call answering that books and takes messages when the line is busy or the clinic is closed.
Yours to keep
The site, the content and the code are in your name. Patient data lives in accounts you own, with Canadian hosting available when residency matters.
Already running Jane, Cliniko or similar? Keep it. We build the website around its booking link and add the parts it lacks: the fast site, the follow-ups, the call answering. Or we build the booking into the site itself and connect the pieces. The plan says which, and why, in plain language.
The parts
Every part wires into the CRM.
Each piece makes the others work harder. The plan says which ones your clinic needs, and why.
