Terms

Last updated October 5, 2026

These terms cover your use of aurtide.com. Work we do for you as a client is covered by the written agreement we sign together, which takes precedence over anything here.

The free website check

The check runs Google's PageSpeed Insights test on a public website address you enter and summarises the result in plain language. It is an indication, not an audit. Scores change from run to run and depend on Google's test conditions. Only enter addresses you own or are allowed to test. We keep the address and the results, as described in our privacy policy.

Briefs, quotes and calls

Sending a brief or a message is not a contract and costs nothing. Custom work is quoted per project, in Canadian dollars before tax. A fixed quote is only the one we give you in writing, after we've scoped the work together. Industry Systems are offered at a fixed price for the scope listed. Nothing is payable until you have accepted the scope and price in writing. Payment plans: a down payment of at least 20% once the scope and price are accepted, then the balance as equal monthly payments over 3, 6, 9 or 12 months (or in one payment at launch), with no interest. Code and design transfer on the final payment; the care plan is billed separately, month to month. If you ask for a call, we confirm the time with you by email or text before it goes in the calendar.

What's ours and what's yours

The design, text, code and images of this site belong to Aurtide or their licensors, and may not be copied or reused without permission. The example websites shown in our portfolio viewer are concept work and do not represent real businesses unless marked as live. What you send us stays yours.

Availability and liability

We work to keep this site accurate, secure and available, but we can't promise it will always be. To the extent the law allows, Aurtide is not liable for loss arising from using this site or relying on the free check. Nothing here limits rights you have under the laws of British Columbia and Canada that cannot be limited.

Links to other sites

Where we link to other websites, including the sources for statistics we quote, those sites have their own terms and privacy practices.
